The first guest this week is another GB4 star! This time Jessica Edgar answers ‘10 Questions’ as she becomes the first female driver I’ve featured on the website!
Jessica is currently racing in the GB4 Championship with Fortec Motorsports alongside Nikolas Taylor, who is a previous ‘10 Questions’ guest.
Away from racing, Jessica enjoys horse riding.
Jessica’s cousin is 2020 ADAC F4 champion Jonny Edgar who is in his second year of FIA Formula 3 with Trident Racing and is a Red Bull Junior Team driver.

Onto the questions!
1. Hairpins or chicanes? I think chicanes are better as you can carry more speed through.
2. Long straights or slow corners? I think slow corners keep the racing closer, if it was just straights then the best engine wins rather than the best driver.
3. Understeer or oversteer? I don’t mind either; part of being a racing driver is to be able to manage and control both.
4. Fast circuits or technical circuits? I think fast circuits are good to drive as they are flowing however technical circuits are more about the driver therefor better racing.
5. Wet races or wet/dry races? I’d rather a race in all one condition so wet races.
6. What’s your favourite circuit you’ve raced? My favourite circuit is Oulton Park, this is quite a technical circuit with lots of hills, quite an exciting track.

7. Favourite you’ve NOT raced? I think Spa has to be my favourite I’ve not raced on, as it’s fast and flowing with some twisty sections as well.

8. Your favourite F1 livery ever? I like the Alpha Tauri livery that they have now on their F1 car.

9. Your favourite helmet design ever? I really like George Russell’s helmet he has currently.

10. Who is the best driver you’ve raced against? I think the best driver I’ve raced against is current opponent Alex Walker, he has shown strong talent.
