MP Motorsport driver Dilano van 't Hoff unfortunately has passed away following an accident at Spa Francorchamps, Belgium during Race 2 of the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine(FRECA) series.
van 't Hoff, 18, was involved in a multi car accident involving Adam Fitzgerald(RPM Team), Josh Dufek(Van Amersfoort Racing), & Enzo Scionti(Monolite Racing)on the Kemmel Straight, where visibility was very poor due to heavy rain at the circuit.
Scionti and Dufek are reported as being okay, while Fitzgerald is in a 'stable condition'.
I'm aware that the FRECA paddock contains many drivers and staff who were close to Dilano and held him in very high regard, and who are shocked by the events at Spa.
Thoughts are with Dilano's friends, family, racing colleagues and the entire motorsport community that has been affected by this horrible accident.
Rest in peace Dilano.
