Mugello, Kerpen and personalised designs: 10 Questions to a Racing Driver with Jakob Bergmeister

by Alex Johnston

Another interview, another all new guest! This time it's German driver; Jakob Bergmeister!

18 year old Bergmeister spent 2023 racing in the Euroformula Open Championship, finishing an impressive fifth overall, falling short of a race win but mustering up three second place finishes. He also began the year racing in the F4 UAE series.

📸 Jakob on track.

Jakob is also a fourth-generation racing driver, following in the wheel tracks of his father Tim and grandfather Willi, as well as great grandfather Wilhelm who raced on two wheels rather than four!

📸 Audi launched this design alongside their announcement of replacing the Sauber set up for 2026.

9. Your favourite helmet design ever? Mine and my father's.

📸 Jakob's light blue design is a smart and modern one.

10. Who is the best driver you’ve raced against? Cant really choose one!

Thanks to Jakob for getting involved! I'm hoping to have him on as a guest again sometime! Best of luck to him in 2024!
