My next ‘10 Questions’ guest is GB4 superstar Megan Gilkes! The Canadian racer is currently racing with Hillspeed alongside former guest Max Marzorati and new entry Marcus Short as she embarks on her first season in GB4.
So far this year Megan has taken two wins, and sits a comfortable sixth place in the standings ahead of the next round.
A former W Series driver, Megan managed a win in the series, but in a non-championship race in Assen, Netherlands, but proved herself to be a strong, able competitor.

Megan comes from a racing family, with brother Nick(who may or may not be my next guest👀) also a racer, who races in the GB3 Championship.
Anyway, onto Megan’s answers!
1. Hairpins or chicanes? Hairpins.
2. Long straights or slow corners? Slow corners.
3. Understeer or oversteer? Oversteer.
4. Fast circuits or technical circuits?Technical circuits.
5. Wet races or wet/dry races? Races where the track is damp or wet, but not a torrential downpour please!
6. What’s your favourite circuit you’ve raced? Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (Mosport).

7. Favourite you’ve NOT raced? Monaco, because if you get to race there, you know you’ve made it!

8. Your favourite F1 livery ever? This year’s Aston Martin.

9. Your favourite helmet design ever? I’ve never had my helmet painted, so I’ll say my brother Nick’s helmet design for this season in GB3.
10. Who is the best driver you’ve raced against? My brother Nick. Don’t tell him I said so, but he’s a pretty good driver! 😉

Megan and the GB4 championship are in action again at the end of the month at Silverstone.
