Another day, another returning guest! This time it's 2022 GB4 Championship vice champion, Jarrod Waberski! The South African driver has the answers to '10 More Questions'!
I spoke with Jarrod last year as he embarked on a year in the GB4 championship that saw him impress many as he finished runner up in the series, winning 4 times and taking an impressive 14 podiums with Kevin Mills Racing.
This year he steps up to GB3 where he'll race for established British side Fortec Motorsports alongside Max Esterson and Edward Pearson.

Onto his questions!
1. Who’s your racing hero or heroes? I'd definitely say my dad, he has taught me so much and been my backbone in motorsport from the very beginning.
2. What’s the first memory you have of racing? Driving a kart for the first time at indoor karting.
3. What’s the best car you’ve driven so far? Definitely the GB3, it's such an amazing car, the downforce levels are insane compared to what I've driven previously.

4. What’s your proudest moment so far? Definitely finishing Vice Champion in GB4 last year, with doing absolutely no testing before the season and having been thrown in the deep end. Definitely a season I'm extremely proud of.

5. Your favourite overtake you’ve ever done? Passing 4 people on the outside of turn 1 to go from P5 to P1 at the Final round of the South African Mini Max championship in 2017.
6. Would you rather race on a street course or on an oval? Definitely a street course, I'd like the challenge it would bring.
7. If you could pick any teammate, past or present, who would you choose? Last year was my first year having a teammate, as throughout my career it was always myself and my dad. I wouldn't mind anyone as a teammate, as long as they are prepared to help and progress the team throughout the year.

8. No gym, no sim, no travel, no racing; how would you spend a whole day off? I'd go fishing, it's a great way to go and clear your mind.
9. If you could drive any race car, past or present, what car would you choose? Red Bull's RB9, the techniques needed to extract the time out the car is definitely something I'd like experience whilst driving that car one day.

10.What’s the strangest thing to happen to you while you’ve been in the car? I haven't had anything strange before, but the worst feeling I've had is the accelerator cable getting stuck.
